As you submit this form you are agreeing to a fee of $60 a month due the first of every month. There is a set up fee of $25. If payment is late there is no penalty, however if you miss a month another setup fee of $25 is required plus the missed month. If you decide to pay three months in advance the set up fee is waived. The agreement on the part of transNETMedia®LLC is to give the chapter a subdomain to AZLeTip.com. The address being yourchapter.AZLeTip.com. transNETMedia.com agrees to update your site every Friday. All updates that are in by Friday are made by Monday. transNETMedia®LLC agrees to keep your members roster up to date, list your mixers, newletters, board meeting meetings. All updates must be submitted by email or by form on the AZLeTip.com website. After registering it is required you submit: Your chapter name The location of your meetings The address of the location The time of week you meet A member roster including, member name, category, and email address. As a representative of the chapter named above, by clicking below you agree to pay $60 per month for maintenance and updates for the chapter website.
If you would like to pay monthly, your initial payment is $85($25 setup fee plus $60 for the first month). You can also pay an initial payment of $180 for the first 3 months or $360 for the first 6 months and avoid the setup fee and get the seventh month free. Please choose your initial payment below.

If you already have a website we can provide a link to it. The monthly charge for this service is $25. If you would like to pay monthly there is a $25 setup fee, for a total initial payment of $50.
